Response to recent facebook criticism

Recently I was banned from facebook groups "NZ Vapers" and "Vape NZ" by malicious backstabbing and bullying tactics. I was contacted by the other New Zealand juice makers and asked if I would conform to their self regulated industry of using USA made concentrates (we proudly manufacture our own in New Zealand from FCC certified ingredients). I did not comply with their request, and as a response Seven Seas Flavors was banned from attending vape meets and from even being a member on facebook groups. I was told it was not a "quick decision", and that for a full three days the decision...

Switch to sustainable palm oil

Switch to sustainable palm oil

I've finally managed to source some sustainable palm oil with proper RSPO certification (only about 18% of all palm plantations are certified so as not to destroy rain-forest). It's the same product as the organic coconut sourced glycerin I currently sell with all the e-liquids but the price is cheaper since palm oils naturally produce more triglycerides. We look forward to 2016 where we can bring you even better prices on our e-liquid. I am committed to preserving the environment and would rather pay more for my raw ingredients knowing they are not having a damaging effect on the environment...

Rhubarb Flavoring Ctd.

e-liquid flavor-creation formula fruit new flavors sneak peeks sweetness

Starting with a simple 25 drops of ethanol as a solvent, I recreated my rhubarb accord based on the research mentioned in the previous article and a couple off other hints found around google. Rhubarb Flavoring

flavor-creation fruit new flavors sneak peeks

I saw someone on the electronic cigarette forums asking for a rhubarb flavor. I realised I like the taste and especially smell of rhubarb, so I thought "well, why don't I give that a go". So I'm eating some boiled rhubarb from my garden with a little sugar. It's the green stem variety which doesn't tend to look as attractive to consumers as the crimson stems, but it has a slightly more vivid flavor. I starting my quest for creating an artificial rhubarb flavoring online. I researched the volatile constituents of (raw) rhubarb stems. Some of the most important ingredients...

We're now on pinterest!

social-media

I had never used pinterest before, but after browsing around for a while I found it to be such a great website! The website is all about visual communication. People post "pins" of images they find around the new which represent worthy website pages to share. Others can then browse their pins by user or category and re-pin their images with their own description. Pins can always be traced back directly to the original website. It can be a great marketing tool, but I am just enjoying browsing the website for flavor inspiration and ideas to use flavors in. I've re-pinned...
