Returns Policy

Unfortunately due to the commitment to providing a sterile food product which is consumed, we cannot provide returns on flavoring. However, on a case-by-case basis we will consider providing refunds without returns. This is especially relevant if any flavors have gone off at the time of receiving the order.
We cannot take returns on hardware unless the product is new and unopened and returned to us at your own expense. Failing that if the product is still under warranty and has a defect probably due to manufacturing, we will provide a replacement or refund to the customer at our discretion. We may ask for you to send your product back to us at your own expense, and we may charge a $10 investigation fee where we will film the product in its defective state as evidence for replacement from the relevant factory. This is in compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act New Zealand.
